VB.netでのコントロールの動的配置＆イベントの登録

実現方法その１------------------------------------------------------------

メソッドの外で宣言
Friend WithEvents textbox As TextBox

オブジェクトを作成して
textbox = New TextBox()

画面（今はパネル）に貼り付ける
Panel1.Controls.Add(textbox)

以上でイベントは選んで作れます。

実現方法その２--------------------------------------------------------------

コントロールの配列を動的に使用できます。ただし、コードを全部、手で書く必要あり。

    Private Sub Form1_Load(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles MyBase.Load
        bu(0) = New Button()
        bu(0).Text = "button1"

        Me.Controls.Add(bu(0))
